resting hr update

i had to record my resting HR on saturday morning before going into my session. 44! i took a picture in case they wouldn't believe me. down 4 beats from about 7 weeks ago. hmm. anyway, i had my "re-test" on saturday; normally it is supposed to be 6 weeks but my initial test was probably around 7 weeks ago? i didn't get the full results but as soon as i do, i will post my thoughts. hope everybody is having a good weekend!
