i got light-headed doing split squats again tonight! (i keep back leg on ground not bench). second time that happened. i can't stand those things, i wish we could skip them. i'm doing a circuit routine with very little rest in between sets and the split squats come about 20 minutes into the 30 minute workout. i think split squats are tougher than both regular squats and lunges. i had to drink some gatorade and walk around for a few minutes.

they don't have me doing as many chest exercises as i'd like to be doing, but on the other hand i'm working different muscles vs. what i'd normally do on my own (like back and core). one of the trainers calls bicep curls: "curls for girls". as in ok, now its curls for girls, give me 20! that seemed like a very crucial thing to reveal to you all regarding my training. heh.

i had zero water to drink today, 1 english muffin, 1 apple, 1 lean turkey burger (no bun), and the rest was fake food like protein bars. bad eating day. not enough calories, and not enough quality calories. tomorrow do better.

i punched my 10k time into the mcmillan calculator which is always fun to do:
