locking in on pain

wednesday: 3x1 mile repeats with 2 minute jogging breaks: 7:52, 8:08, 8:09; followed by 3x250 meter repeats around 1:05, let HR sink to under 120 before each 250M.

its all about bumping into the pain threshold tomorrow. the goal is to maintain the Pace of Pain for the whole 10k. it better hurt the whole race. the weather should be nice, if not a little warm. should be exciting, gotta love race days! i can't wait.

i picked up my packet after work.

i'm #341.
in '05 i was #3412.

weird. doesn't mean anything but weird eh? for the marathons i was 3355 and 3566. me, racing, and the number 3! this is my 3rd time running the get-in-gear. this is the 30th anniversary of the race. a serving size of clif bloks is 3 bloks. i am 31 years old. hehe.

have a great race everybody. its going to be an awesome day out there.
