i sprinted out the door for a quick 2.7-miler earlier night, before we go out for some carbo loading.
despite my (weak) efforts, i'll still be about 15% short on my mileage goal for this week, assuming tomorrow goes as planned. 25 miles vs 30.
the glass-is-half-full angle is that i will be right on target with hal's novice plan mileage goal for week #8. i know thats a stretch, but i need to stay positive.
(nope not in the accounting field denise, nice try though!)
ok now i need to hop in the shower and prepare for a noodle-fest.
