ran 6 miles tonight, average pace was close to 10:00.
---------
something still seems to be missing from my runs. maybe if i can manage to lose 5 lbs that might be the ticket to feeling better, i don't know.
This is my mileage so far:
Week of June 5th: 20.6 miles + 146 minutes of mountain biking
Week of June 12th: 19.0 miles + 0 minutes of mountain biking (rain)
Week of June 19th: 16.9 miles + 48 minutes of mountain biking
Week of June 26th: 6.0 miles so far (plan to do 24)
not very impressive. just keep plugging away i guess. tune up the diet a little bit more, and keep plugging away.
i'm off to a cabin for the 4th w/some of gf's fam. should be a fun time, except the 18 hours we'll spend getting to and fro. i have 12 miles on the schedule for saturday plus i need another 6 on sunday to keep on schedule. i don't see any reason why i won't be able to squeeze in those two runs.
i miss mountain biking. hopefully next week.
have a good 4th everybody!

Enjoy your trip.
Just hang in there and keep at it. It will get better. It always does.

How's the knee doing?
Don't beat yourself up over the mileage. At least your being fairly consistent and you don't have any 'zeros' in there.

Hey man what software/hardware are you using to track your running like that? It very much interests me.
