today my knee didn't hurt enough to the point where i thought i should take a motrin so i guess thats good. i felt it all day though. it got a little worse tonight when i was lifting weights (i did the circuit once = 2 sets of everything with 30 second rest periods).
i bought one of those journals where you write down all of your sets / reps / weight. i think it will be good to keep track of what i'm doing for a while. i've been lifting on and off for years but i've only kept a journal like this one other time. i think it helps to keep track plus its fun to look back. i will lift on sundays, tuesdays, and thursdays. that schedule will work perfect with my running schedule too, when i'm feeling better that is. i plan to keep doing the circuit for at least a month and maybe more.
