i broke 53!!!!!!!

i ran my 10k race in 52:42!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8:29 average pace!!
last year i ran 1 hour and 4 seconds

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had absolutely no kick but thats because i tried to run uncomfortably for the whole time. i can do better, i know i can. maybe some day i can break 50!

it was raining the whole time but everybody had a blast (i think). of course i felt like i could have left more out there, if i could just find a way to make myself more tired, i could have kicked and ran that much better.

but for now i don't care, i broke 53 baby!!!!!!! that was my optimistic goal.

i love this racing thing. i am still learning how to make my body race, and that is the most fun part about it.
