running!
its amazing what a full nights sleep can do for a person. i felt great today! i get a little crabby when i start to run too much of a sleep deficit...you couldn't tell though right? heh.
i got home from work at sort-of-a-normal hour too so i'm sure that helped. before i could think about it too much, i slipped off the work garb and threw on a sweatshirt and some shorts (under armour's too heh).
i ran about 5 miles around my neighborhood route--

good! i could see my breath out there. it wasn't TOO chilly but my legs were a little cold for the first couple of miles. it sure felt great to be running though. ahhhhhhh.... felt so good.
not much else is going on, except that other stuff which getting pretty tricky to manage.

Good on you for making time to run! I'm completely jealous, as this is a crazy week for me.

I think you should make up a spreadsheet, listing the various pros and cons of each hot chick, and then post it so we can help you make the decision.
This is all in the name of performing a public good, because god knows we wouldn't want your brain to explode.
