tonights scheduled 3-miler went ok. i used the treadmill. the first mile was 11:00, then 10:00, then 9:00. i did get a little tired on the last one. and its pretty hot when wearing a sweatshirt ya know.
shoulders night! i used a machine for 4 sets of shoulder presses, so i could go heavier and also push to failure (without killing myself). then i hopped over to the free weights area and did 3 sets of front lats followed by 3 sets of side lats. the free weights area was packed. i was a little stinky because i did the 3-mile run first and i guess the deodorant wore off? i tried not stand too close to anyone. hehe. maybe i was the only one who could smell the remnants of a 3 mile run, i dunno. i hope so!
2 of my books arrived today. woohoo! the Quit Digging...Knife and Fork is very good so far.
i'm hungry but i suppose i shouldn't eat anything. i don't have much in the kitchen right now anyway. later dudes.

Oh trust me, there are worse smells at the gym to deal with than a 3 mile run. Oh man, it's too early in the morning to think about what they are, but there are much worse things.
