Through Week 2

Week 1, Hal says: 3,3,3,6 = 15 miles
I did: 2.8, 2.4, 2.6, 3, 6.1 = 16.9
Elliptical Minutes: 60.
that was my mistake, going over on the mileage. it was not my intention. not sure how i managed to run an extra day. oops.

Week 2, Hal says: 3,3,3,7 = 16
I did: 3, 2.7, 1.5, 7 = 14.2
Elliptical Minutes: 120.

I just finished a chest session. 3 sets high rep db press, 4 sets high rep flyes. ahhhh, very good. i feel pumped.
Later... i went to the gym and did 45 min elliptical. this was the best elliptical work out i've ever experienced. not sure why, it felt great though. could it have been the jujyfruits i had earlier today? heheh. i was averaging 157-160 strides per min. ramp 8, resistence 8/9. i wasn't resting my bodyweight on the handles, rather i was pumping like i was running. it was sweet. i almost felt like my former, lighter self.
