HR of a sick dude

i stayed home today. stupid cold. this afternoon out of curiousity i strapped on the HR monitor. i figured it would be really low for some reason. i feel all lethargic and stuff. it was 98-100!! thats DOUBLE my normal resting HR. poor little heart (hehe). hey does this mean i'm burning more calories? :)

i have eaten 500 calories so far today? i have no appetite. i feel too lethargic to eat the apples in the fridge (so crunchy!). i'm all out of yogurt too.

before i realized it, i was already on the scale this morning. its like the dieters lottery. come on lucky numbers!! come to papa! no whammie no whammie!! so much for my theory yesterday? nah i still feel that way but hey, free lottery.

i have a scale that remembers your weight (but only when you press a certain button). i find myself lately only recording the lower weights. "woohoo, mr. scale you are definitely going to remember this one {press record, step on again}". well i do feel like a hypocrite now but my attitude even though it would not appear so, is that i am trending in the right direction no matter what the scale says.
