its so good!

last week i started spreading the news that i haven't been sick at all this winter and how cool is that. so what do you know today i'm feeling out of sorts. a little blue. bought me some throat lozenges (sp?). i'll have this little thing gone in a day or two--i get sick maybe once a year. cuz i'm cool like that.

while i was out and about, i bought a small orange julius. i felt like will ferrell's character from old school,

probably because i haven't had anything with that much sugar in it for a while. and because it was ice cold.

i did my shoulder workout but the intensity was low. good enough.
