just a run
Call me crazy but I think my face is a little thinner. How do you like that...my face is on a diet. ah ha ha! bahdump bump...pshhhhhhhh.
Late last night I plowed through some more snow to reach the treadmill. It was just a short run nothing fancy. About 3.2 miles at a very slow leisurely pace; average HR was 153 or so. Bleah; I did it to keep myself in a groove and not to make progress necessarily. I looked back and I'm currently running about a full minute per mile slower than I was last summer. That sucks! Such is life, I will get it back eventually.
Now I must study. Studying is fun. not.
Later
I just went to grab a skim latte. My favorite girl was working...she's so smiley! Anyway, I wasn't expecting her to be working. I was blushing like a 5th grader. dude. hate that. stupid cheeks.

Call me crazy, but I say keeping in a groove *is* progress. And that's the cutest coffee girl story, ever. - Mia

Well, that's the thing about committing to a fitness goal, it really teaches you all about patience. I think the speed will come, if that's what you're aiming for.
And, oh yeah, a guy blushing? Absolutely irresistible.
