Week 5 day 2: back and biceps. hard. difficult to lift my arms. so far, week 5 has been less of an aerobic thing and more weight lifting. My arms are toast!


  • I haven't checked in with you for a long time - doing P90X! We did that program (well, 5 weeks of it) last spring and I really loved it. Gotta say eventually it was just too much for me, doing a hard workout every single day. But I still do the Kenpo and the Plyo workouts, those are the bomb.
