Week 5 day 2: back and biceps. hard. difficult to lift my arms. so far, week 5 has been less of an aerobic thing and more weight lifting. My arms are toast!
I haven't checked in with you for a long time - doing P90X! We did that program (well, 5 weeks of it) last spring and I really loved it. Gotta say eventually it was just too much for me, doing a hard workout every single day. But I still do the Kenpo and the Plyo workouts, those are the bomb.
favs: running, lifting weights, football, racquetball, the crisp outdoors, bright sunny mornings, twizzlers and most all other candy (unfortunately). married my beautiful wife in oct. '08. we are loving life in south mpls!
