Inside Your Racing Chip

At the '09 GiG 10k they let us keep our chips as a 'souvenir'. Oh boy! It had a flimsy plastic covering so I decided to break it apart to look at the chip itself.

Here you go! I thought it was interesting. I guess I never really thought about what might be under the casing all these years. I pictured a complicated instrument, capable of solving all of the worlds engineering problems while traveling up and down on my foot.
