i still haven't been able to decide on a marathon training program for chicago. i might try the pfitzinger week #1 and see how that goes. i did some google searches and some dude was able to put the plan on his website--he even lets you change around the schedule. its sweet. hard to explain but its here: http://www.roadtoboston.com/djapps/trainingPlans/viewPlan/5/
i've been busy i guess. my gf's bday was yesterday. it was fun, i think it went pretty well. i made her dinner at my new house! i pretty much only know how to make 3 things: turkey sandwiches, pasta (just figured it out recently), and tacos. hehe.
i went with tacos. i also bought a couple candles and a flower (placed in between the two candles) for the table.
i've determined that taking care of a house could be a full time job if you want it to be. i'm tackling some projects as they come, and not doing them all at once (or else i'd get overwhelmed). it is fun times, i just wish i had more mad skillz. i guess you figure this stuff out as you go.
i'm beat so off to bed i go. check out my running log for my run and my brief description of my run tonight. later dudes. i will get back to those who have emailed / commented, all in due time.

You'll get the hang of it, and you'll get to know everyone at HD. Their little motto "you can do it, we can help" - so true!!! Seriously though, you'll be amazed what you can do with some in store advice and a few Google searches!!!
