i weighed in tonight. i'm up a few pounds but i'm not worried about it. since the race, i have had 1 pizza and a couple of other post race fiestas (that i conveniently dedicated to marathon #2). i was dreaming of that pizza for the last two weeks leading up to the marathon. yes, it tasted just as good as i thought it would.
this feels like the type of weight that will come off with a week of eating right. its all about consistency from here on out.
tonight i lifted again: biceps and triceps. i was pretty sore today from my chest workout. i'll probably be sore again tomorrow. its a good sore though, eh?
i still have yet to lace up the running shoes, and i really don't have any good excuses. i was going to run tonight but then the weigh-in, yada yada yada.
tomorrow i'm going to see a certain someone after work :) thursday sounds like a good day for the first run since the debacle.

I've got 40 miles in since the 10-miler, come on slacker! :-)
J/K, you need to rest up with your ear infections. I know how bad that can feel. Hope your first run goes well.
