a lift?
hey several people who left comments didn't leave their email addresses. booo. thanks to everyone who i did not get to thank individually including (bill) jank, rae, helen, beverly, chandra, and i'm sure i forgot a few folks. many thanks!!
its hard to get back into lifting when you've been out of it for so long. i lifted tonight, but only 6 sets plus 2 warmup sets (chest). i guess thats a start.
i was thinking about my new routine earlier today. the ideal scenario would be to run at least 20 miles per week plus cross-training, plus lifting 3 times per week. i don't know how doable this is yet, but i will try a few things over the next couple of weeks.
meanwhile i'm going to lift tues/thurs/sat at a minimum (circuit routine twice each day), plus 15 miles per week for the next week or two. things at work are real busy and will remain that way through november. we are on the cusp of getting home from work @ 10pm for 6 or 7 consecutive days. it should start up in a little less than 2 weeks.
those are the toughest days for me to keep my head on straight. i seem to fail at it every quarter.
still can't hear very well out of my right ear. doc said to take the meds until they are gone and then if i still can't hear 100%, i will have to see a specialist i guess. hopefully it gets better on its own.
ok i'm going to bed early tonight dudes.
