wedding bells
awww thanks guys. :) i'm tired, 14 hour day, gotta go to sleep now. more later.

we attended our first wedding. it was fun. a little hot though! i'm such a horrible dancer, i need lessons. i can slow dance though (who can't, its easy). sure wish i knew how to pull off that electric slide, looked fun.
this week it was so hot (109 heat index at 5:30pm etc). i ran zero miles during the week; my long run was: zero miles. i'm the man. son of a. do i give up? i'll keep at it i guess until i fall over. this week is a big week though. whew. i don't know, i feel like a marathon-training failure which i pretty much am this year.
