i feel full, i never run anymore, my running shoes hate the cold weather

man i just can't get motivated. signing up for a race, setting a training schedule, none of it is working. the cold winter weather is like another nail in my winter-training coffin. i have no desire to go to the club and run on the treadmill. zero desire. i have no desire to run in 20-degree weather, zero.

i felt better and great after i forced myself there 1 week ago, but that feeling wasn't enough to get me back there.

the card was a winner. she read it at least 4 or 5 times throughout the night. hehe. maybe it was what i wrote inside of it though? nah i think she liked the card.

dinner was good but we got stuck at a table near the kitchen. suck! we tried to move but it was too busy. we have had really good luck getting great tables so it seemed like we were due; we managed fine and still had a great time. the food was really good. it felt light on the way down but when we got home we felt really full.
i had sea b7ss and she had wall7ye. which is weird because we rarely get fish but i guess they just sounded good.

this is what i gave her; she liked it, a lot.
