thanks for the good feedback everybody. much appreciated.

did a full body circuit routine tonight. i'll say it was about 18 sets with 30 second rest periods in between each set. i think i will stick with that routine for about a month or so, as i have had good results with it in the past. its also a good one to fit in during this busy time in my schedule.

the other tidbit of info i received late last week was that i might be travelling a lot more soon. we'll see how that goes. first things first, try to take some things a day at a time. can't worry about travel that isn't even booked yet.

tomorrow i have to get up at 4am cst so i can get in to the office by 5am, whew. its gonna be a long day. i feel like i missed one day of my weekend somehow! ever feel like that? i'll have to catch up on your blogs a little later in the week. its awesome to read about all of your workouts and great accomplishments, it helps to motivate me during this period where i'm struggling a bit.


  • yay! travelling? Like Australia? Wow! Cool! If you hate the cold then you would be loving the 43 degree days we are having here! Not so good for running, but swimming?

  • If you end up stuck here in N-ville again you'll have to let us know!! Sometimes I think it would be so much easier to quit our jobs and live in our cars, which really wouldn't be that bad in the Expedition!
