things you'll do when you're hungry..

today was a 14 hour day, whew! a lot more of those (consecutively) coming over the next several weeks. mix in weekends and we will have ourselves a worn down brent hanging by a thread until March rolls around. lets see how i manage to keep it together!

i don't have any microwaveable plates that are clean right now. i wanted a piece of my frozen-microwaveable french toast. i decided to use a clean cup.

..

well hey when you're hungry you will do anything to find a way to make it work, heh. guess i better do the dishes (meaning: set them in the dishwasher).

now let me direct your attention to danny's new video. its great. i don't know what any of it means buts its really funny, go check it out on his site (right sidebar).

now i have to finish my piece of toast.

breakfast: grande non-fat latte (in my spreadsheet i call them NFL for a Non-Fat Latte...calling them NFL's makes them seem more manly). 160 calories.

lunch: subway 6" turkey on wheat, american cheese, mustard, tomatoes, cucumbers. around 400 calories? with small bag o' bbq chips. 190 calories. lets call it ~590 total.

afternoon snack: NFL. 160 calories.

dinner (7.30pm, bleah): frozen diet pizza. 290 calories.

snack: french toast on a cup. 240 calories.

total: around 1,440.

did you notice i had no york mint patties?

  • Good job on the food! That's a good looking piece of toast, too. I need some breakfast!

  • Swap oatmeal for your morning instead of NFL. Its the same calories (160) and much more filling!

How do you handle the night time with so little calories? Thats always my hardest time. (esp cause I work out at 5pm)

  • French toast in a cup.

    Now I've seen it all.

  • Looks like a sensible meal plan to me and it's working for you, which is the important thing. I think the French toast looks good, too...mmmm.

  • Save a few calories for an evening snack. Try an apple. Its not quite desert but somehow makes the meal seem complete. Besides I didn't see a whole lot of fruit or veggies in that plan...lol.

  • French toast in a cup ... there's gotta be a way to market this!

Think how much Diet Dew would've been in this meal plan about a year ago??? Good on ya!

  • Yeah, and what about GUM?

I don't understand that video either. But the music was good.
