scooter was pretty close. it was some sort of enchilada frozen meal. i put hot taco sauce in it to help ease the pain. heh. its really not that bad, but i can't say it tastes that great either. nothing i've been eating on a regular basis lately really tastes all that great. oh well. on the bright side, i'm really close to my post-marathon weight. meaning the 4 or 5 pounds i lost IMMEDIATELY following the race. i'm so close...it seems pretty far away though, like i'll never get there. i suppose i should have lost 4 pounds since early october but i had some lazy weeks following the race.
today was 1,400 calories plus a glass of wine
i just finished my shoulders workout. this weekend i plan to start my winter running-clothes shopping. i've been looking online quite a bit but now its cold enough that i need the stuff or i won't go out there. tonight is a prime example, i'd love to be out there right now. later dudes. have a fun weekend!
