wow guys!! awesome!! thanks for giving me all the good advice, this is so awesome. i just got back late tonight and i'm still reading through it all. i will have to read through it all several more times tomorrow because i don't want to miss anything, and then i want to incorporate it into my little plan of how to do this thing. on my training runs i don't usually drink anything for 5-7 miles. when it was hot, it was more like 5 but for weeks and weeks, its been more like 7. i guess thats stupid...if you think i should stop at the first few i will totally do it. ok, i have to go get some sleep now and digest all the cool advice. 6 flights down, and two more to go before next sunday! whew.
