I'm Taking 8 Pills A Day
this whole blog seems like a fraud to me now. blah blah blah. blah blah.
what am i supposed to talk about now?
i took my first anti-inflammatory pill today. hmmm, what else...
tonight i am going to be an ellipticaling wizard. is ellipticaling a word? for the first time ever, i'm going to wear the HR monitor while on that thing. i wonder how hard i have to work for the HR and calories burned to match Running? i hope i don't fall off.
oh by the way did i mention the dance girls practicing their routine in the aerobics room at the gym last night? oh that was kinda neat. i couldn't look for too long or my eyes would burn. its like looking directly at the sun.
today i purchased some multi-vitamins and some hokey "fat loss support formula" pills. hey if i'm going to be taking anti-inflammatory pills i'm going to go all out and take all sorts of crap. don't worry, these pills have "6-Pack Technology" inside of them so i'm sure they were a wise use of money and they are sure to work magic! i am not supposed to take any of these magic 6-pack pills within 5 hours of going to sleep. oh boy this should be interesting.
on the dieting front, i have experienced a weird phenomenon. i get very full on small amounts of food (which i said before but there's more). for example, i just had a 330 calorie protein bar instead of a meal (Oat-rageous). now i'm so freakin' full and bloated, i feel like i'm busting at the seems. BUT, then a couple hours later i'm ravenously hungry. the cycle repeats itself all day and all night. its funky. first i'm famished and then i eat a frozen meal and become so full i can't possibly imagine eating anything ever again. then starving. then so full. repeat repeat. Now i'm starting to wonder if that is what normal people experience? my diet got so screwed up there for a while, eating all of that fructose etc, that i was never really hungry or full but i ate lots of stuff.

OK, quit with the "fraud" stuff, Dude - you're still totally legit. As a matter of fact, most real runners deal with injuries on a regular basis, so this just makes you MORE real! (Ha, try to refute THAT logic!!!) Anyway, I'm a little concerned about the speed-like substances you might be ingesting through your "six pack" pack. At least you know I'm always online late at night, so we can chat about the dancing girls and the elliptical (which, btw, totally kicks my butt, especially when you work it in reverse).

I eat constantly throughout the day too. It's a lot of mini-meals though. But, "they" say doing that keeps the metabolism revving.
6-pack technology, huh? I wonder why you can't take them before bed. Maybe they have so much caffeine that you wouldn't be able to sleep.

Hmmm, be careful of getting full really fast like that. Sounds like you might there's air in your belly when you feel full. I'm not a doctor so I'm going to shut up now, but try eating slowly and taking small bites. I know, it sounds girly, but try it and see if it makes a difference.
