i am fricking depressed already but i trust you guys, i'm sure you are right. thanks for the feedback.
tonight i did 1.9 miles on the treadmill (with some pain) and then i did 30 minutes on the elliptical (no pain). then i did a nice biceps workout. last night: a good shoulders workout-- i went a little heavier w/the dumbbells than usual on the last set. i think i will go heavier for all of my shoulder exercises and reps next time.
honestly i don't really know what my plan is or how this is going to go. i know i can't follow the program anymore and that is crushing. however, i knew when i made the appointment that i was probably injured. i've just been in denial. deep down i knew i would have to write this post eventually but i just didn't want it to be true. say it aint so!
