G00gle Earth

I think this is one of the most amazing free products i've ever downloaded. check it out. you thought google maps was cool, this blows it away. this thing is nuts! 3D fly-overs from address to address, finding every restaurant or coffee shop with a click of the mouse. tilting and rotating the 3D map. its crazy.

i'm meeting someone for coffee on thursday in a city i don't know very well...all i did was type in the city and check the "coffee houses" box....bingo it highlights them all for me on the 3D map. how about all the schools in the area? or churches? OR PARKS!!! just check a box and watch them all appear.

do you see me in the bunker? thats not even as close as you can zoom in. scary dudes.

  • the pro version even offers gps support. i'm thinking this might be a great tool for mapping and profiling all the local trail runs and posting them on the internet.

  • I tried to download it, but it's now closed. It says "due to the technical limitations of this beta launch, Google Earth has been forced to take a brief breather." poo on google.

  • Why are you in a bunker? Isn't that somewhere you hide when people are chasing you???
