the scent of a ....

i heard it was nice out today but working 15 hours at the office means all you can do is loosen the tie and gaze longingly out the window while watching the kids RUN and play in the sunshine. bleah. lucky kids.
i just got back from a quick 35 minute treadmill run at the gym. unfortunately, i purchased a hawaiian-flower scented refill recently (they were all out of the normal scents, i swear). i think i got some on my hand while taking it out of the box. thus, i ran at the gym while smelling like a hawaiian flower. it was gross. i am never buying that scent again. vanilla all the way. never deviate from vanilla. or maybe the one that smells like fresh laundry. yeah, only those two from now on and no exceptions.
now i have to iron, pack and go to the west coast for a quickie trip. man i'm gonna be tired. i have decided i can't start following the specific training schedule until the week after next. thats the way it has to be for now. i will still run as much as i can over the next week and a half. later dudes.
