weekly recap (monday to sunday)
Goal: Rest-- Elliptical, and possibly some light treadmill mileage. and lift this week YOU PUNK.
Actual: 11 treadmill miles at zero incline + 30 minutes elliptical + 1 weightlifting session (chest).
Goal for this week: 9.2 miles (keeping the shins fresh for saturday): 3, 6.2 + elliptical, and lift biceps, back, maybe triceps.

found the 10k route today. it looks like an awesome urban run through cool neighborhoods, mostly along parts of the river. i'm not exaggerating when i say this, i think its about 80% uphill. i drove the course twice just to be sure i wasn't imaging the hill thing. so it will be challenging but hopefully good times.
