No official results this week. Unofficially I'm about flat with last week.

I read an interesting article earlier this week. Apparently we all eat about the same volume of food, so replacing the high density food with high fiber foods, and fruit with a lot of water (like melons), and vegetables, is the way to go. Interesting, makes sense I suppose. All these studies. I conducted a study on myself and I found it is difficult to strictly follow a diet and exercise plan when under high stress. Should I publish an article?

Yesterday I purchased some fancy new Nimbus VI shoes. I have high arches and slight underpronation tendencies, so I'm supposed to get Neutral shoes. My other shoes are Gel-Kayano X. They are nice but I do notice some aching in the arches (heh) on runs longer than 5 miles. I am looking forward to see if I notice any difference with these shoes.

I'm eating a lean cuisine lemon chicken meal right now. It's good. I miss lean cuisine's variety. I'm following my own plan next week. Should be good. My problem this week was that I did not set concrete goals. I followed that plan exactly: I meandered from one day to the next. This week, goals will be set! Success will be mine. Have a good weekend everybody. I will post exercise updates, a novel idea.
