food for now
today i've consumed:
1 large skim latte, about 1 dozen unsalted almonds, 4 wheat sesame crackers, 1 snackwells pack from the vending machine (crap), 1 frozen meal from my diet plan for lunch, 1 cliff bar (oops crap), 1 frozen meal for dinner from my diet plan, 2 yogurt things (kinda oops crap), and 1 nutrition bar from my diet plan. i'm stuffed right now. i'd say this is around 1,700 calories. add to that a mini bag of microwave popcorn. gee it doesn't even look like i'm on a diet. no wonder the scale is meandering in the wrong direction.
i'll be back later for a workout report but i wanted to post that before i forgot it all. take away the cliff and the vending machine and i'd have been very much on plan. except for the whole no drinking water thing.

who am i kidding, i'm sitting here with a diet coke chewing on some gum and reading blogs. its kind of fun actually. i'll set the alarm and get up tomorrow morning. this week has been an exercising disaster so far. totally my fault. i'm really sore from yesterday's full body lifting session tho
