Lost
Lost: one $456 d3ll flat panel monitor. i sent it back because it sucked and for the last 8 days my UPS tracking number simply says: "return to sender". hey congratulations to whoever (whomever?) has my brand spankin' new 19" flat panel out there. i hope it sucks just as much for you as it did for me. had i known this would have been the outcome, it would have been much more satisfying to throw it with fierce might shot-put-style out my window onto the dark cold parking lot below. or at least i could have donated it to a school or something.
I hit it hard with the full body weight training routine tonight. 30 second rest periods, 2 sets per exercise. it took about 26 minutes and my HR got up to about 150 toward the end. my muscles are twitching, and my hands are shaking as i type. my chest feels tight, my legs feel weighty and slow. tomorrow: Sore.
i'm not going to beat myself up for having trouble following the set running schedule this week. i need to keep my wits about me for the remainder of the week; this means i will be lifting more than running. thats just the way it has to be. i feel guilty but next week, watch out...i'll be back on the mill trying not to puke.

does anyone else move their head all around while listening to the ray charles sound track? i can't help it, it makes me sing better. hehe. now i just need the cool shades.

I was in a similar situation 2 weeks ago. I got a replacement monitor from Dell in January and returned my other one with their pre-paid FedEx label the next day. One month later, I got a call from Dell asset department saying they need me to return my old monitor!! Unfortunately, there wasn't a tracking slip for me to keep so I didn't have my return tracking number. 2 hours on the phone with Dell & FedEx no one could give me my tracking number! So, my monitor is now probably safely in someone's home or on Ebay.

no way really??!! what a scam! some kid out there has 200 monitors in his basement that he is selling on ebay. what i ripoff i knew i should have just kept the darn thing!
