here we have week #2 of little to no working out. i know why: stress. any major break or interruption from my normal life usually result in something funky happening with my exercise. dangit, hate that. i'll try to lift tonight. the weather also sucks here so that is a factor as well.

my diet hasn't fallen off a cliff but its not really great either. i did stop drinking water again, thats so tough!

thanks for the comments about my tough decision. that situation will get started real soon. i already have one person telling me i'll gain 10 pounds in the first year guaranteed. crap! i can't let that happen.
