stop the press!
a new study shows that kids who play the wii don't burn as many calories as playing the actual sport. dumb. sometimes i can't believe the stupidity.
today i am blah. post-holiday blues perhaps? good times were had by all during all of my Christmas'. i must say i am a bit worn out.
it is currently 5pm and i have not yet taken a shower. i have played guitar hero 3 for over an hour. i have watched Wall Street for the umpteenth time. i have had too many cookies. i have spent time on the couch reading a book. i did leave the house this morning to get a latte, does that count for anything?
i dropped off my gf at the airport at 4am; she is flying home to surprise one of her good friends for new years.
i have been thinking a lot about my goals for 2008. i will keep thinking about them and post a few thoughts within the next few days! i think its a little cliche to post new years resolutions, but who cares! i also believe writing out your goals can make a difference. in short, goals are sweet!
i hope everyone is having a great holiday season. now, i must return to the couch.
p.s. the book i am reading is titled, Wine for Dummies.
i'm not a big drinker whatsoever (truly an understatement) but i've always been fascinated by the subject of wine.

Oh god, those studies kill me! You see crap like that ALL THE TIME in education. I'm always shaking my head that somebody would spend MONEY to be able to state what is so OBVIOUS to everyone else!
