quick vid; tbd!

here is my second ever attempt at an omelet, for your enjoyment (used eggbeaters). hehe. as i mentioned, my gf is out of town, so things aren't clean as a whistle. you will see some garbage bags and maybe a couple spots on the stove; never fear, as things are usually much cleaner around here! please don't tell her the place is falling apart. :)
