titles suck.

yesterday i commented that i had some pent up energy due to a day off. whoops, the day before i actually had my 5.7 mile run. my long run was in the morning so i guess i got mixed up on my days. usually i run at night.

tonight is a day off from running. me and the hot girl from the elliptical are going to go grab a bite to eat!! errr...just kidding. well maybe not. maybe. anyway. have a good night everyone!!!!
