a little behind schedule this week

While seemingly counterintuitive, there are times when I like to post BEFORE I workout. It keeps me on track.

I'm confused about my long run on Saturday. Because of my wacky schedule this week, I've logged a whole 3 miles (Sunday). That will be 6 total miles after tonight, but 6 miles short of the schedule. I wonder if I should run the whole 7 miles on Saturday anyway? I think I will try it. Yes, I think I will give it a shot and see how it goes.

I feel good after recovering with some extra sleep yesterday. After tonight, I should be back to normal. Today I didn't have lunch until around 2.30pm, 6 hours after breakfast. This was due to a somewhat embarrassing set of events to describe. Lets just say I spent a lot of the morning at my desk because. hmmmm. well fine, because thinking about baseball and running and stuff like that just didn't help! there, way too much information. this is when i regret telling some people i know about my blog.

I realize blogger is free but it makes me want to pick up my computer and throw it against the wall. whats the deal? maybe its my internet connection. i can't take it much longer though.
2.0 miles: i felt like throwing up again. hmmm. maybe it is a mental thing now i'm not sure. maybe i'm sick. maybe i'm allergic to the treadmill. whatever the case, i need to solve this real quick.

  • Don't even worry about it, Brent. That happens to me *all the time* at work.

  • because .... because.... drats, I missed the tell-all! The mysterious brent strikes again.

I have no advice for you on catching up on your long run. It seems prudent to be flexible, though.

Bleh. Feeling nauseous is no good. Are you still seeing the nutritionist/food lady? Maybe she can give you some clues.
