i'm really struggling with getting myself to the gym more. one of the worst things i can think of is at one time being in good shape, and then struggling at distances that used be warmups. its worse than starting for the first time...everything is progress when you first start. every extra 1/4 of a mile is exciting, every faster mile is new territory. i'm trying to build up to where i used to be, where i at one time worked so hard to get. i used to love running. today i turned around half way to the gym and got a coffee instead. shame on me. i will get over this hump, i will i will i will.
ok this is my last soda update: i've ridded myself of the pop cravings. the funny thing is it only takes about 3 days but its really hard to work up to quitting (for me anyway).
