Breakfast: 2 egg beater things, med. skim latte
Snack: sf jello
Snack: unsalted almonds (15--yes ok i dropped one on the floor and i was so hungry and i only had 15 almonds for heaven's sake so i scooped it up and gobbled it right up..shhh)
Lunch: shaved turkey, piece of ff cheese, sf jello
Snack: med. skim latte, 1 cracker
Dinner: got home too late
Feeling more springy today, even after 13 hours at the office. will hopefully get some weightlifting in at a minimum. i have lost about 5 lbs in two days, which is not exactly healthy i suppose but it won't all come off this fast. but to me, that is 5 lbs. closer to feeling ok when i run instead of all gross.

If you're going to restrict your calories this severly, you need to eat smarter.
Cut out the jello. Nobody ever eats Jello and says "Whoa, that was some hearty jello!" If you need sugar, eat 3 gummy bears.
For snacks, mix protein with carbs. For example: eat 5 Sun Chips with a little bit of shredded mozarella cheese.
Eat dinner. Trader Joe's has some good pre-cooked Teriyaki chicken breasts in the frozen section ... just heat and eat. Similarly, Tyson's and others make breaded, baked chicken breasts ... you can eat that by itself, or use for another really easy dish (example: add marinara sauce and cheese and wah-lah, chicken parmesean).

thanks mom! err i mean annalisa. ha ha just kidding. that makes some good sense to me, i will try to add more vege's. i have some in the fridge right now. fruit, i might hold off another week or so. stay tuned.
dear anonymous...i would not react well to swapping out sugar free jello for gummi bears in the first couple weeks of a diet. or chips. maybe later but right now a couple of either one of those would just send me hunting for the biggest bag o'chips or candy i could find..and see how many i could eat in one night. cuz i got issues. i could eat a whole bag of candy and chips in one day, and i don't mean those little bags either. but thats not to say it might work for someone else.
