Breakfast: 2 egg beater things, med. skim latte
Snack: unsalted almonds (15)
Lunch: shaved turkey, piece of ff cheese, sugar free jello
Dinner: Chicken breast with low fat cheese sprinkled on it, black pepper. previously marinated in evoo, and some lemon juice sqeezed on it
snack: celery w/laughing cow
snack: sugar free jello
i won't deny it, i'm hungry right now. i think i can make until tomorrow if i distract myself somehow. i don't have much energy to workout right at the moment. yesterday i did the weight training circuit but the intensity was on the low side. i had another headache today hmmmm.

hey richard. not a bad idea. except that my diet was absolutely horrible so it needs some cleaning up. the shock to the system (of the calorie restriction) is causing some malaise but that will diminish. plus i'll add back some more carbs gradually. kinda need to clean out the system for a couple days.
