ok a couple more days of whats on the menu. keeps me honest i guess. i didn't do any cooking or prep work so almost everything was right out of the box type of stuff today. the chicken i had earlier in the week was awesome, i will have to get some more of that stuff tomorrow. mmm.
Breakfast: 2 egg beater things, med. skim latte
Snack: unsalted almonds (didn't drop any today)
Lunch: shaved turkey, ff cheese, sf jello (2). beginning to get uncomfortable turning down co-workers for lunch. "i'd like to go to lunch with you but i have this plain shaved turkey with no bread, and this sugar free jello, wow its the best"
Snack: small skim latte
Snack: 220 cal "protein" bar
Snack: 220 cal "protein" bar
Dinner: 250 cal. LC frozen meal

yesterday the weight training circuit went fine. i have made surprising progress as i used to feel dizzy and like i was about to pass out from doing the circuit. plus the abs stuff is much easier too. can't wait to do it twice in one sitting..i think i can get there.
i upped the carbs a little today so tonight i will hit up some sort of aerobic workout with lots of energy. maybe i will even run a little? even if i settle for the elliptical, i'm sure looking forward to the burn.
