i ate ok today. 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 small muffin thing, chicken sandwich, some lemon cookies (hey they were a part of the meal), large skim latte, 1 ba1ance bar. i think i need more protein though.
tonight i did chest. i went a little heavier. my intensity was on the low side.
