what happened to blogger last night, it ate all of my post attempts. what i was trying to say was that i had to work quite late so i couldn't exersize and i was crabby because of the late night. tonight i'm still tired from yesterday. i think i'll sleep it off and lift later on.

high rep chest workout. my tri's are so pathetic right now. i did 3 sets incline bp (or 4?), 3 sets flat bp, 3 sets flat flye's. i don't even think i could do tricep workout together w/chest because the are so pathetic. i can't go as heavy as my chest can handle too, because the tri's lag.
