Breakfast: 2 small pieces of "banana" bread, 1/3 cup of raspberry yogurt
Snack: medium skim latte
Lunch: sesame bun with a chicken/tuna type of thing, 1 green apple, 1 ba1ance bar
Dinner: potato with a little cheese and cottage cheese, couple pieces of broccoli
Snack: i'm going to go get some bubble gum right now! maybe one of those big long packs that have 10 gum balls, i think thats about 130 calories. maybe a piece of candy too because its friday! and i think i have enough calories to spare.
"i can't spare a square. no i'm sorry i don't have a square to spare" -> bonus points if you know what tv show thats from.
last night i felt hungry when i went to bed. i still feel hungry. party on. my upper body is sore all over so maybe i'll do legs? or i'll take the night off. or maybe i'll run! wouldn't that be something.
