Ran just over 2 miles in the dark, in about 20 minutes. HR crapped out on me again (for the fourth consecutive run) after about 10 minutes. I will try to tighten the strap next time but if it doesn't work for every single second of my next run, i'm taking that sucker back to the store for a new one. Now if only i can remember where i put all of the packaging for it...hmmm...
I gotta lift tomorrow. I will do shoulders then chest on monday followed by biceps on tuesday. gotta take advantage of every single day of this down time.
