The good, the bad, the ....
Good news, my HR monitor worked for my entire run this morning. I guess all I needed to do was tighten it a little. Its a little uncomfy so tight but whatever, I'm sure I'll get used to it.
The bad news, my legs felt like cement today, after playing football yesterday. big cement pillars. I ran for a little less than 2 miles and that was it for me. at least I got out there but this was a terrible performance. my HR was high too, hit 160 a few times. i felt so uncomfortable, every stride was a chore.
