Breakfast: the smallest bagel i've ever seen with a couple slabs of low fat cream cheese, 4 ounces of apple juice (gee thanks)
Snack: medium skim latte
Lunch: two spoonfuls of tomato soup, 1 ba1ance bar
Dinner: piece of chicken breast, some green beans, polenta (don't know what this was but i was so hungry that i ate it), and couple pieces of cauliflower/broccoli

**later**
biceps. barbell curls, hammer curls, concentration curls.

on my drive home, mark cuban was being interviewed on the radio. what does it take to be successful, they asked him. he said, stepping out of your comfort zone. taking risks. tackling your inner demons, your inner fears (i'm paraphrasing). that made me think actually. i think i'm afraid of being a leader. but i'm not sure why.
