Lift: high rep chest workout, taken from recent muscle & fitness mag. the idea is 50 reps incline bp, 50 flat bp, 50 decline flyes, 50 flat flyes. if you get tired before you hit 50 reps, rest for 15 seconds then do as many reps as you can until you hit 50, repeat. the guy does 4 different chest workouts and this is one of them. wow this kicked my butt. you are not supposed to decrease the weight at all. i could only muster about 30 reps on the incline, then i switched to flat, did about 25. grabbed a smaller weight for flyes, then did about 20 reps decline and 20 flat. i will be sore for the entire week, i guarantee it.
Jog: about 3 miles at the club. more hot girls. some decided to run right next to me so i felt like we were all running together---pathetic i know hehehe.

Friday
Lift: no
Jog: about 20 minutes outside.
