vague weight update
on monday i felt a little run-down so i rested. tuesday i worked until 11:30pm or so, then wednesday i worked until 6 or 7pm after getting in at 6am. tonight i got home from work around 8:30pm. thus i'm a little behind schedule as those of you who are following along in the logbook may already know (yep, its current). i'm supposed to run 54 mi. this week and as of thursday night i'm at ~18. i'm going to have to use sunday in order to hit my goal this week.
next week the work schedule will be a little tougher than this week, then hopefully we'll get back to normal for a couple of months.
i'm down around 22 lbs since july '05. i just realized today that i'm down around 8 lbs since may of this year. i guess thats right about when i started training in earnest.
i need to lose about 9 or 10 more pounds to get into the 'normal' weight category according to the those bmi tables. i know they can be worthless sometimes, but i think a 10 lb loss from here is a reasonable goal. i don't plan on doing anything weird or drastic, but i'll try to operate with that goal in mind. sure would be nice to stand ready at the chicago starting line with 10 less lbs. to drag around for 4+ hours.
