the day after

well, how is everybody feeling? i participated in various gluttonies myself. is it ok to use a plural noun like that? i'm too lazy to look it up. well anyway, now i am feeling ready to go back at the healthy lifestlye again! thanks for the kicks in the butt too.

first things first, let us observe my 2 nieces and 1 nephew that were all over me like glue for a day and a half. hehe, sure was fun! grandma got them a fleece jacket (among lots of other stuff heh) so we took a quick picture before devouring the remaining presents.

gluttony. ick. lets eat it anyway! lets have another!

-----------------------
floam! i gave my nephew some floam, among lots of other stuff heh. micro beads sitting in a goey substance. mix it up and then mold it into a ball or something. good times.

for years my sister and i have had this tradition of finding extremly large, (mostly) impractical gifts to give each other. its our funny little tradition (we exchange real gifts too btw). she's really good at finding funny things. it took me a long time this year but i finally settled on this ginormous ornament. ha ha ha!!! :) its the size of a basketball, kind of heavy too. funny. it was pretty funny to buy it too (me: "uh, can i purchase that??" clerk: "uhhmmm...yeah i guess" ha ha).

--------------------------------------------------

well i hope everybody had a fun day. here we come 2006!! i can't wait to see what the new year will bring. 2005 was an absolute blast and one of my best years ever. it was amazing; i think i may have almost molded myself from a lifelong pessimist into an optimist. i think that sums up my year right there.
